Weekly Grass Cutting

Weekly grass cutting and trimming around all obstructions, and includes blowing all sidewalks, patios and driveways from landscape debris.

Five-Step Turf Fertilizer

Five step program that works on a timely basis throughout the growing season to eliminate weeds and promote growth (see enclosed brochure for individual step descriptions and times).

Tree/Shrub Fertilizer

Three step program:

1st application, Spring – Deep root injection of large tress and spraying of shrubs with slow release nitrogen.

2nd application, late May – Deep spraying of all trees and shrubs with pesticides to reduce insect damage.

3rd application, Fall – Slow release granular form for trees and shrubs.

Lawn Aeration

Plugging holes throughout the lawn with core aeration machine to break up mowing thatch, reduces lawn compaction and allows lawn roots to penetrate deeper into the soil. Recommended one per year; fall or spring.

Grub Control

One application of Mach II Grub Preventative with Fertilizer to ensure protection throughout the growing season. Early June.

Mosquito Control

Balanced formula of battle sprayed throughout entire property to eliminate mosquitos and larvae for up to 14 days. Price based on per application and performed every two (2) weeks throughout the season.

Trimming Shrubs

Trimming and pruning all shrubs under 8ft. throughout the entire property on an as needed basis. This service is performed 2-3 times throughout the growing year, depending on weather and flowing plantings.

Spring Clean-Up

Raking and removal of all leaves, twigs, branches and debris throughout all bedding areas. Machine Mulching of entire lawn area to reduce debris throughout lawn area.

Fall Clean-Up

Raking and removal of all leaves, twigs, branches and debris throughout all bedding areas. Machine mulching of entire lawn area to reduce debris throughout lawn area.

Mulching

Installation of double processed hardwood premium mulch through all bedding areas and trees based on a per yard cost. Final yardage measured after time of installation.

Edging & Wedding

Edging, wedding and cultivation of all bedding areas based on a per man hour rate of $42.00 per hour and performed on per call basis.
